This Week’s Saints

This is a pretty sparse week in the Church calendar, but there is one dazzlingly important celebration: Saturday, the 8th, we observe the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a feast that has been observed since the second century! On this day we recall the birth of our Lord’s Mother. We’ll see a couple of special prayers on the next day, next Sunday, to celebrate her birthday!

When was the last time you invited someone to come with you to Mass?
